Matt Allen began his banking career at First Farmers State Bank following his graduation from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2006. There, he earned his B.S in Agribusiness, Farm and Financial Management. Matt interned with First Farmers State Bank during college. Matt also sells crop insurance and is a recent graduate of the Iowa State University Ag Credit School.
Matt specializes in agricultural and commercial lending and serves as farm manager. He also raises beef cattle and assists his uncles with the family grain farm.
Matt is active in the Tazewell County Farm Bureau, currently serving on the Young Leader committee. He is also a member of the American Angus Association, and volunteers his time to the local FFA and 4-H organizations.
Matt is a loyal Illinois sports fan and bleeds Orange and Blue. Go Illini! |
