First Farmers' Vice President Jerry Kerber was recently elected Board President of the Illinois State University's Alumni Association for the 2013-2014 term.
Jerry has always been a passionate and ardent supporter of Illinois State and has volunteered with various University organizations over the years. In addition to the Alumni Association, he is also a past President and Board Member of the Ag Alumni Association and past President the Redbird Club (now the Weisbecker Scholarship Fund).
In addition to ISU, Jerry has been active with the McLean County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber’s Ag Council) and the University of Illinois Extension for McLean County (now includes Livingston and Woodford Counties). He is a past President of the County Extension and current Extension Foundation Board Member. Last but not least, he is a fierce St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan!
The Alumni Association serves approximately 190,000 known living university alums. If you would like to know more about ISU’s Alumni Association, especially if you happen to be an alum, please visit their website.
