At First Farmers State Bank we offer College Saver Certificates of Deposit. Unlike the traditional college saving plans and traditional CD’s , our College Saver CD’s offer you the benefit of both with much more flexibility.
It only takes $250 to open the CD. Additional deposits can be added whenever you like in whatever amounts you want. This allows parents to save when the timing is right. It also provides a convenient way for grandparents to contribute to their grandchild’s education on those special birthdays and holidays! The gift of a college education lasts a lifetime.
