Call Falcon Fraud at 866.508.2693.
If your card is declined or has a transaction category block on it, the Falcon Fraud specialists will work to resolve the matter—but you must confirm the activity is valid. Card blocks can be removed to allow you to continue using your card. If your card is not working for other reasons, you will be directed back to a First Farmers Personal Banker.
